Bio

Shannon Rosiere is a Registered Nurse at Cook Children's Urgent Care Center in North Texas with over 16 years of bedside nursing experience. Her passion is evidence-based, family-centered care and empowering caregivers and staff through education. Her experience includes neonatal intensive care and pediatric urgent care. During her time as a bedside nurse she has worked as a neonatal transport nurse and served as a charge nurse in both settings. Shannon obtained her Associates of Applied Science in Nursing at Rogers State University in Claremore, Oklahoma. She later obtained her BSN and MSN degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington. She serves as a member of the Cook Children's Urgent Care Quality Improvement and Research Council. She has presented posters at both the local and national levels. Outside of work Shannon enjoys traveling with her family, reading and watching her girls preform with their competitive gymnastics and dance teams.
