Elizabeth (Liz) Younkins currently serves as the Vice President, Care Network at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.  She oversees the CHOP Regional Affiliate Network, which provides neonatal, newborn, pediatric and emergency care in 13 hospitals in the Philadelphia – New Jersey region.  She also oversees the CHOP Community Pediatric Urgent Care program, a growing network of community-based after-hours pediatric urgent care programs.

Prior to joining CHOP, Elizabeth served in progressing roles in the Philadelphia area hospital systems, while broadening her experiences in strategic planning, market research, service line management, nursing administration, business development, and operations management of emergency departments, perioperative services and inpatient care units.

As a bachelor-prepared registered nurse, Elizabeth complemented her education with a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration at Duke University. She enjoys gardening, any outdoor activity and cattle ranching. Elizabeth currently resides in Radnor, PA with her husband, Ken and children Benjamin and Caroline.
