Thank you for attending the 2019 Society for Pediatric Urgent Care (SPUC) Conference!
Instructions for Claiming Education Credit
1.To receive continuing education credit, you must complete the online evaluation (highlighted link below) and print your certificate by Tuesday, October 29th, 2019.
2. After evaluating each session you attended, fill in your name and credentials when prompted to generate your Certificate of Successful Completion.
3. PRINT your Certificate of Successful Completion for your records.
4. After printing, click the SUBMIT button (or the next arrow) to record your responses.
5. A confirmation email will be sent. Be sure to double check the spelling of your email address.
