Dr. Rachel Lucas is a pediatrician, facilitator of Language of Caring Program, and Education Liaison at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin (CHW). She received her Doctor of Osteopathy from Des Moines University and completed Pediatric residency at CHW. Dr. Lucas currently works at CHW Urgent Care as a pediatrician and executive team leader. Her academic interests include quality improvement through multi-level collaboration, continuing education of providers in acute settings, and innovative educational tool development.
