Bio
Dr. Kalidindi is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at University of Central Florida. He is the Medical Director of Nemours Institute for Clinical Excellence and is the Director of Education in the division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Nemours Children’s Hospital. He is the Co-Chair of the Nemours Florida Education Committee and program chair for several CME conferences including Advanced Pediatric Life Support courses.
He completed his residency in Pediatrics and fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Children’s Hospital of Michigan. Dr. Kalidindi is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics and the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada.
Dr. Kalidindi’s academic interests include Medical Education, Global Health, & Simulation. He completed his Master’s in Medical Education Leadership from University of New England and has a Master’s in Public Health from State University of New York. He is certified in Tropical Medicine and Healthcare Simulation Education.
Dr. Kalidindi has presented at several national and international conferences. He has received “Teacher of the Year” awards in recognition of his teaching contributions. He was bestowed the Clinical Excellence Award in 2016. Dr. Kalidindi has also been recognized as the Physician with the highest patient satisfaction scores and as one of Orlando’s Finest Doctors in 2017.
