Robin Henson received her BSN and MSN degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington. She completed her DNP degree through Texas Women's University in May of 2010. She has worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in many pediatric settings including primary care, GI the UCC. She is currently one of two UCC APP Supervisors and manages over 40 APPs at Cook Children's Urgent Care Clinic. In addition, she chairs the QI & Research Council. She was recently inducted as a Fellow in the College of Urgent Care Medicine. She has presented on a variety of pediatric QI projects regionally and nationally, and has published on a variety of topics in the Journal of Pediatric Health Care.
